Pettifer Architecture was established in 2015 in South Manchester by Ashley Pettifer. Our practice specialises in delivering architectural designs for residential schemes, particularly house extensions, internal remodelling and new build projects. We are inspired by traditional and contemporary architecture and always strive to ensure our projects are in harmony with their surroundings.

We are experienced in gaining planning approval for residential schemes on difficult urban sites where space is at a premium, as well as conservation areas and green belt.

Our services range from design consultations to planning applications, and once planning permission is secured, we work on the detail technical drawings to help price the build, as well as meet building regulations requirements.
