EXTENSION & ROOF CONVERSION IN GOOSTREY

Originally a small 2 bedroom detached bungalow on one level, here we were approached to design a much larger detached house by extending the rear of the house and converting the loft space into bedroom accommodation.

By raising the existing roof height, we were able to utilise the space more to create large bedrooms with walk-in-wardrobes and ensuites. To the ground floor a small kitchen and living room was extended out to the rear to create a large open plan living room.
