TWO STOREY SIDE & SINGLE STOREY REAR EXTENSION IN WILMSLOW

Originally a 3 bedroom semi-detached house, we were asked to create more space for a growing family household. Here we gained planning approval for a two storey side extension with a large single storey rear extension.  This turned the 3 bedroom house with a small kitchen into a modern 4 bedroom house with a master bedroom with ensuits and walk in wardrobe, open plan kitchen/dining and sun room.

As the house is positioned in a series of semi-detached properties, we created a contrast with the new areas rendered to avoid a terracing effect.
