SIDE & REAR EXTENSIONS
IN CHEADLE

Originally a 3 bedroom detached property in need of renovation, we were asked to draw up designs for a two storey extension to the side and a single storey extension to the rear. Here our client wished to create a much larger open plan kitchen/dining layout with island seating, with a Utility and WC leading through to a new garage. On the first floor we added a further two bedrooms with an walk in wardrobe through to an ensuite in the Master bedroom.

 

The two storey side extension was designed to fit in with the existing property’s style of orange brickwork, and to break up the extent of the front facade, we added a canopy porch. To the rear a more modern feel was adopted, with off white render and a flat roof with a large contemporary roof lantern.
