GARAGE CONVERSION IN MACCLESFIELD

This was a conversion of an existing double garage into a ‘granny annex’ to the main house. The homeowner wished to create a two bedroom property with a bathroom and open plan kitchen/living with additional sitting room and utility.

We helped the client gain planning permission and building regulations approval, which involved raising the roof of the garage and lowering the existing floor, which enabled us to fit in a first storey into the roof space.
