TWO STOREY EXTENSION IN CHEADLE HULME

Originally a 3 bedroom semi-detached house, we were asked to create as much space as possible given the awkward plot. On the Ground Floor, the client wished to create a second reception room with a Utility Room and WC, and on the first floor a new master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe through to an ensuite.

 

As the site tappered towards the rear of the house, we decided to maximise as much space to the front as possible and pushed out at the front to create a large street fronting gable.
